The project is yours. In addition, we take care of financing the costs of relocation and incorporation to DOMINION's offices in Bilbao and we provide you with a monthly financial support during your stay of € 1,400 gross per month.

Selection basis
- Candidates may come from any of the 35 countries where DOMINION is present.
- They must be fluent in Spanish and English.
- There are no age requirements or specific academic qualifications.
- People with a proactive, creative, innovative profile, interest and experience in multicultural environments, with a capacity for cooperation, who will develop a project or a challenge during the program.
- Projects focused on improving sustainability through technology, in DOMINION's areas of activity.

- 6 vacancies: a project can be made up of a team of people, who will occupy one position as a whole.
- Work at DOMINION's headquarters in Bilbao.
- Duration of 6 months (extendable for another 6 months).
- Financing of relocation and living expenses, as well as expenses to develop the project or challenge.
- Complete accompaniment, comprehensive advice (from departments of the organization).
- Equal treatment. Autonomy to decide on your project, you decide.
- Possibility of not having a project, because we bet on talented people.

Is BQUO a business accelerator program?
We are not an accelerator, nor a business school, nor are we venture capital investment or a corporate university: we are all of these things at the same time. A program that offers everything a person may need to develop their business management skills and a transformative project, with the great differential advantage of doing so with the support of a solid and successful company, with all the resources at their disposal.
What is BQUO's relationship with DOMINION?
BQUO is an initiative of DOMINION, the global company for sustainable services and 360º projects. Although it is an independent initiative, we believe that the greatest value we can bring to talent is our experience and management culture, which is why we open the doors of our headquarters in Bilbao to you and invite you to take advantage of this immersive experience.
Is it a classroom-based program?
Yes, the program lasts 6 months (extendable for another six months) at DOMINION's headquarters in Bilbao. It is very important to welcome you in our home to transfer our culture to you and to give you access to our leadership team, management and departments.
What language is the program in?
All the activity is carried out in Spanish, and occasionally in English, so those of you who participate in BQUO must have the necessary language skills.
What do we offer after 6-12 months?
Joint reflection on the next step for each of the participants in the program and support to carry it out. This can be an investment in the project, help in finding funding or the possibility of joining DOMINION. We do not only focus on a project and its success in the market: a person who goes through our program can become part of the company.
Can I apply if I don't have a project?
Of course! Unlike other entrepreneurship programs, in BQUO it is not necessary to have a project beforehand. For us, the main asset is people. We are looking for people with ambition, talent and the desire to face new challenges.
Can I apply if I have not yet finished my studies?
Yes, but it is preferable that you have finished your studies when the program starts, so that you can dedicate 100% of your time to this experience.

Do I have to be full-time?
Yes, we offer you 6 months of intensive training and work that you will not be able to combine with other activities.
Are travel and accommodation expenses covered?
Yes, BQUO is one of the only programs that covers participants' travel and living expenses, and we will also give you a monthly allowance while you are with us.
Does BQUO keep a share in my company?
Not necessarily. Our funding is without equity in return. We want to establish a relationship of equals with you and decide together what possibilities your project has: to continue developing it independently, to acquire a stake to support you in its development or to integrate you into a DOMINION team if you wish to do so.
What happens if my project/idea does not go ahead?
Nothing. Not all projects have the same path. For us, the most important thing is people and the development of their talent. One possibility is to join one of our teams after the end of the programme, but we will explore all possibilities together.
